1. Returns & Exchanges
- You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products with obvious signs of wear or damage not caused in transit
- For hygiene reasons: face masks, undergarments, and similar items
3. Refund Approval Process
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our policy requirements, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Exchange Process
- We offer size or style exchanges, subject to stock availability.
- If your requested exchange is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund as you prefer.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Send a photo of the issue to info@mayrelleapparel.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
